1. Eligibility for Return or Refund
- Damaged / Defective Orders: If your order arrives spoiled, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery. Kindly share photo or video proof of the issue.
- Perishable Products: Due to the nature of food items, returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged or unfit for consumption.
- Non-Perishable Products (if applicable): Unopened and unused non-perishable items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to inspection.
2. How to Request a Refund
- Email us at swaadsutratsk@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or video of the issue
- A short description of the problem
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Refunds Not Applicable In These Cases
- Change of mind after order confirmation
- No valid proof of product damage or spoilage
- Delays caused by incorrect shipping address or courier issues beyond our control
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
