  • Delivery timelines are usually 24–48 hours but may vary during high-demand periods or due to unforeseen issues.
  • Shipping details provided must be accurate. Delays caused by incorrect addresses are not our responsibility.

5. Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement by contacting us via phone or WhatsApp.
  • Once prepared or dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or changed.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of food items, returns are generally not accepted.
  • Refunds are provided only for damaged or incorrect orders, with valid proof shared within 24–48 hours of delivery.
